Windy 40 Bora   Sold

One of the most highly specified Windy 40’s available. Very lightly used during summer months for day trips and returns to winter storage every year, out of the water. The powerful new Volvo D6’s give her over 40 knots, the rest of the typical Windy handling is sublime. Easily fits in 12m berths or in some ports 10m.

3-cabin layout: Two mid ship cabins provide separate sleeping cabins the starboard cabin is slightly larger. The galley is to port and heads to starboard leaving a large seating and dining area forward in the boat. Climate control to all cabins, air conditioning and heating.

Midcabin Starboard: Large double bed; hanging locker; cupboard with shelves; opening portholes. Door hooks and mirror on the wardrobe door. Blue and white bedspreads. Reading lights plus additional reading lights at front end of berth

Port mid cabin: Smaller double berth, hanging locker and shelf. Individual berth lights. Opening portholes with additional port light into cockpit.

Shower/WC: Easily accessed , washbasin, separate shower with teak grating and automatic pump-out; extractor fan. Marine heads. 240v socket and shaver socket.

Saloon: V-shaped sofa and dining table, this easily lowers to transform into a large double berth. Stereo/CD with outside speakers has been moved from the normal external position to above the flat screen TV and DVD player.

Galley: 2-burner diesel fired hob, Panasonic combination oven/microwave/grill. Single-bowl stainless sink, 24v/240v fridge/freezer.
